All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. They are subject to change without notice. Overseas customers should read this page.
All deliveries require acknowledgement of delivery at your end. It is therefore important that your order contains a daytime delivery address during normal business hours. P.O. Box addresses are also acceptable.
Returns, Refund and Exchanges
Within 7 days of the initial delivery, we will gladly refund, credit or exchange products that we receive back in their original brand new condition on presentation of the original receipt. (excludes Custom Handmade Chains & resized rings)
Return postage fess are not refundable unless we made an error in your order (in which case we will pay return postage costs).
Please contact us to get an RMA number before returning any products. You must use registered post.
Fraser Ross jewellery is guaranteed for a period of 5 / 10 years from the time of sale. Please note that the warranty only covers defective materials or workmanship at our end.
The warranty only covers the product. Claims for consequential or incidental losses will not be accepted.
The following events are specifically excluded from the product warranty: normal wear and tear, product misuse or abuse and the use of the product for other purposes than what it was designed for.
Faulty products must be returned to us at the purchaser’s expense and must be accompanied with a proof of purchase and the Purchaser’s current address. Products accepted under warranty will be replaced by us at no charge.
Should you need to return items to us, then call us first for an RMA number.
